Feedback post on Climate change

Chris Davidson, Golder Associates: -There is a lot of information on this page and very text heavy. This can be broken into several smaller, more user-friendly pages. -Add more references to tools for estimating climate impacts (we will send possible links) -Need text explaining "uncertainty" in climate modeling (as it relates to different models, scenarios, RCPs, methods for temporal and spatial downscaling, etc.). This is a big issue in future climate and sometimes confused with "probability" by engineers (which makes climate scientists most unhappy). I'll see about getting help with that text.
